The co-working space for this nonprofit entrepreneurial company was realized through the renovation of an historic fire station in the heart of the village of Zionsville. This 3,200 square-foot space was repurposed to create flexible work areas for small group collaboration, solo work zones, casual meeting spaces, a conference room, a cafe and start-up company offices. The interior reconstruction involved the re-use of existing materials, even so far as repurposing shelving into useable furniture throughout.
