Leaving the exterior of the residence largely untouched, this renovation involved a complete aesthetic transformation of the interior living spaces, as sought by the client. The finished palette moves from traditional stylistic detailing to a modern, brighter palette that serves as a backdrop for the owner’s contemporary furniture collection. A screened porch was removed to take advantage of a natural view to the rear of the property, and the kitchen was opened and re-aligned to establish a great room concept.
