David Rausch – Principal Architect | Founder

David’s architectural practice is filled with a spirited conviction to realize buildings and spaces that are of consequence for each unique client. His work is founded on a passionate belief that the art of building is realized through a full understanding of the project requirements, its materials, systems and costs, cleverly and creatively applied toward the project’s objective, resulting in work often recognized for its excellence. His multi-disciplinary design practice includes hospitality, residential, commercial and institutional project types.

David’s professional service includes his role as board member and past chair of the Indiana Board of Architects and Landscape Architects and chairman of the Zionsville Architectural Review Committee. He formerly served in various board leadership positions and president of both AIA Indianapolis and AIA Indiana. Community service includes board member of the SullivanMunce Cultural Center, various leadership positions with Zionsville Presbyterian Church, past board member of the Boone County Redevelopment Commission and Service Advisory Board, and Indianapolis Riley Area Revitalization Program.

An Ohio native, David is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B. Architecture, 1982). A member of Zionsville Presbyterian Church, he and his wife, Deidra, have three children and reside in Zionsville, Indiana. When not practicing architecture, he enjoys golf and fishing.
